Do I need a hub?

Wi-Fi devices such as bulbs and cameras work without one. Zigbee and Thread devices (sensors, dimmers, most locks) need a hub — it also runs your scenes locally so lights respond instantly, even if the internet is down. Most homes end up with one hub.

Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi — what should I choose?

Wi-Fi is fine for a handful of devices. For sensors and switches, Zigbee or Thread use far less power and do not crowd your router. Matter is the new common language that lets brands work together; our hubs support all four, so you are never locked in.

Will it work with my existing air conditioners and boiler?

Usually yes. Infrared controllers make any remote-controlled air conditioner smart, and most gas boilers accept a smart thermostat (wired or wireless). We confirm compatibility during the free survey.

Can it be installed without renovation?

Yes. Retrofit packages replace switches with smart dimmers, add wireless sensors and a video doorbell, and are installed in a day. If you are renovating anyway, planning cables in advance gives the cleanest result.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Scenes, schedules and switches keep working because they run on the hub. Only remote access from outside the home and cloud features such as voice assistants pause until the connection returns.

Is my data safe?

Cameras can record locally to a memory card, and the hub keeps automation inside your home. We enable two-factor login on your app account and change every default password during installation.

How do I pay and what does installation cost?

Pay online with an Azerbaijani or international bank card (Azericard), on delivery, or by bank transfer for companies. Installation is quoted per device or as a package after the free survey.
